  6.    Hi   everybody!    Well.   I'm  the
  7. composer  behind  "Pleasant Varations"
  8. and  "Suitable  Name",  and so I would
  9. like  to  define a couple of important
  10. things.  Read my story....
  11.  
  12. ¶1   The  tunes  is  made  in Protracker
  13. v2.2a_beta,   actually   a  very  good
  14. program!   I  used very many different
  15. kind of commandos to make the tunes as
  16. good  as  possible,  and therefore the
  17. tunes  USED to sound pretty good.  (At
  18. least  I  was  pleased  enough  by the
  19. results myself!) Then the bomb hit the
  20. ground:The  coders  couldn't  use  the
  21. Protracker-player,  and so some of the
  22. commandos used, would do more bad than
  23. good   in  the  Sound/Noise  -players!
  24. Well,  I  tried  to  convert the tunes
  25. over  to  the Sound/Noise -format, but
  26. many  of my commandos still fucked up,
  27. and  so  I tried to do the best out of
  28. it!   If  you are a musician yourself,
  29. you  might  recognize  some  of those,
  30. majorly,  small  mistakes.   Please do
  31. not take it to serious!  (Hope you all
  32. understand  what  kind  of  problem  I
  33. had....)

  35.    Just to clear a few things, here is
  36. some  of the "fucked" commandos in the
  37. tunes:

  39. ¶3"¶2Pleasant  Variations¶3"¶2:   
  40. ¶1None  of  the  "E" -commandos works in
  41. the  Sound/Noise format, all functions
  42. as filter on/off!  I had to change all
  43. "E"  -commandos  to similar commandos,
  44. and so some of them is really strange.
  45. As there is no finetune in Sound/Noise
  46. modus,  the drums is a bit rythmically
  47. wrong.   What  I  did, was to play the
  48. samples half a note over the original,
  49. because   they  were  finetuned  down.
  50. Afterwards,   I   speeded   the  tempo
  51. rythmically up once in a while to make
  52. the drums fit.  Therefore is the tune,
  53. all  in  all, a bit rythmically wrong.
  54. (if  you  listen  very  carefully, you
  55. sure  will  notice.....)  Besides  the
  56. stuff  above, almost all volume-slides
  57. is very bad!

  59. ¶3"¶2Suitable Name¶3"¶2:
  60. ¶1Very  much same as above, but as I did
  61. not  use the "E" -commando as frequent
  62. as  in  "Pleasant  Variations" many of
  63. the  problems described above does not
  64. appear    in    this   tune!    Still,
  65. volumeslides is, as in the other tune,
  66. also here very bad....

  68.    I  certainly hope I have managed to
  69. clear  a few things, but still I would
  70. like to say that:"I CAN DO BETTER THAN
  71. THIS!".   So, if you liked my works, I
  72. do not take it too seriously....
